Hi everybody!! WAKI, NOTHING wrong with keeping up hi hopes, we need just to be positive. Totally agree,just think positive.. You guys are coming close to time frame(6 months) but my advice is just to forget about it and might just arrives, in case of taking long like rest of us waiting for it!!!! Thanks for advi...

Most of the straightforward applications have their PR within 6 months or even less. The home office is now aware that exceeding the time given can b a breach of the european regulations so they have stick to the rules. Most of the delays happen in cases of retention of rights. It s almost 5 months and no PR, i called the solicitor to ask if she can contact the HO, she said, i have to wait untill the end of 6months then after that we have to chase them.
