ILR date CONFUSED!!!!! PLEASE HELP AMBER, VINNY, OBIE

After looking at some posts I am confused about the ILR appointment date for my wife who will be applying on form Set (M) under 2 years as a spouse of person settled in the UK (Pre 9th July 2014 rule). Her Visa was stamped on 17th Nov 2012 but she landed in the UK on 1st Dec 2012. So on that basis c...

Re: ILR Set (M) queries HELP PLEASE !!!

Tangie - I think you misunderstood my question. My wife can apply 28 days before she completes her 2 years with me in the UK on 31 Nov 2014 not 28 days before her visa which expires on 11 Feb 2015. Another thing is my initial question was based on the fact that I will be doing same day premium servi...

Re: Set (M) ILR section 8

Thanks Amber. Last question please:

Is it necessary for me to enclose my Limited company business account or I can just enclose my personal account where the salary and dividends are paid in to ?

Thanks

Re: Set (M) ILR section 8

HI Amber,

Just a quick question on this: If I receive weekly wages and dividends from my company, should I put in wages x52/12 figure and dividends x 52/12 figure to get to monthly or just put weekly wages and dividends as it has got the option of weekly frequency ???

Thanks

Re: Invoice summary Format for Ltd company ?

I don't think you have to submit the individual invoices or summary for your ILR. I am a director of my limited company and I will be submitting my last 6 months salary slips, dividend vouchers, accountant letter confirming salary and dividends figures and personal tax returns. You don't need to sub...

You can attach old and new passport together. No need to apply for NTL. Just send both passports when you register him as a British citizen.

Re: SET (M)Form Shall I say yes or no ? Please help!

You should say No as they have asked "If you have a current grant of leave on a Biometric Residence Permit you must provide your Biometric Residence Permit for the application to be valid and complete" As your student visa BRP has already expired and your current leave is a spouse visa sticker on yo...

Re: please help

As you are not a PBS applicant on a route to settlement and you do not meet the Financial Requirement, it would appear that FLR(FP) May be your only option. It may be wise for your partner to apply for FLR(FP) asking for a decision to be made once your ILR application is decided. Explain this on a ...

Re: please help

The children's don't need to be included in the application. Why you want Joanie to spend so much money by including more dependents on her husband FLR application. Our advise should include the cost beneficial side of the things as well. As I mentioned previously once you get your ILR you can apply...

Re: please help

You are talking nonsense Obie. If you read my post correctly you would know that I said the child can register as British citizen using form MN1. Solicitor was completely wrong in implying that the child can ONLY register as British citizen if the parents had ILR before the child was born. You are n...

Re: please help

You should fire your solicitor immediately. He is wrong. You don't have to include your children's in your partners FLR (M) application as long as you don't have any intentions to travel. Once you get your ILR under Set (LR) you can register your children's as British nationals on form MN1
