Hi All,
Could anyone please advise on the earliest day T1/G migrant can apply for ILR at PEO?
UKBA advise not to apply more than 28 days before completing the qualifying period.
Is this ok for application at PEO?

Visa Fees

In 2009, I paid £1050 to extend my stay as T1/G migrant with 2 dependents at PEO, now I have to pay £3600 to get another extension.
can anyone advise on this dramatic increase in visa fees!!??

I think it cant be cleared on the same day but it can be considered as a guaranteed payment and its accepted by UKBA when u apply in person.

can u pls advise on getting peo appointment as am trying w/o result!

cant see any doc. in yr list as a proof of maintenance funds!
