I'd like to change my son first name , he is 11 years old and holding ILR,we are planning, as a family, to apply for BC next year.What is the best time to do such change now or after getting BC ?

I received my documents back after 15 days of withdrawal, infact the withdrawal letter was immediately typed after 2 days of my request. Also, at the airport the immigration officer didn't ask a single question about overstay and did make a note saying that I left the country, he was quite polite. ...
