Thanks @Nightcrawler2u for answering those question. I have tried this dates using IHS Calculator and providing my BRP issue date i.e. 2018 and End date as 2024 which is short of 1 month. And it actually calculated the amount for 3 years i.e. £1872. So not sure if the IHS form will behave bit differ...
