Hello Everyone,

Anyone who has any idea on this please help.

Do we need to mention PCN( Parking tickets) or any kind of HMRC penalties without any court judgement on the form ?

And are they considered as Civil Penalties ?

Many Thanks.

Re: Tier 2 extension - documents requirement

You just need a new COS. Your last 6 months bank statement having £950 or above just for the maintenance, but its not mandatory for Tier 2 extension. English language point you automatically claim as you have proved it in your previous visa. Your Passport and 2 Photograph as per the guidance. And Le...

Re: VISA Refusal - help for next course of action

For RLMT, advertising the job on at least 2 job portal is very important this is as per their guidelines. Advertising the job on just NHS website does not help. Going for the appeal is waste of time . In my opinion , if you have enough time then ell your sponsor to advertise the job for 28 days on J...

Re: Change of address

Hi justdopposite

Yes, I got confirmation on my email id for the address change.

So how did you change your address. And did you change the address when you had valid Visa or
did you change address after you made an application and waiting for the result ?

Let me know on this.

Many Thanks.

Re: Tier 2 General COS generated with incorrect salary.

Yes, I got my Visa.

Employer just have to mention this into their Sponsor Management System.

Once they do it , all is good.

But make sure in you application you mention correct salary else it will create a confusion.

All the best.
