I think you only have to show share certificates IF the company accounts do not clearly show that you are a shareholder who has invested the required amount (£50k or £200k)

Hi aby00156 I think a Directors Loan agreement is only compulsory IF the company was funded by a Directors Loan. If an applicants company was funded by share capital then Directors Loan agreement is not required. You mentioned a covering letter. I do not think a covering letter is mandatory. Thank you
