as your experience is it worth to use NCS or apply by post?
thanks again
Your choice really. I used post as NCS provided no real advantage as my case was straight forward.

Re: MN1 Success - UKBA was very helpful

I don't feel happy with that answer and can’t find any official guidance on this. To avoid any nasty surprises its three weeks to get their British passport using the NCS expedite option. I don't understand why you don't feel happy. Immigration can't stop a UK citizen entering the country if he can...

I have an NCS appointment next week, so will check with them what they send to HO. I am sure the requirement of the docs with the postal applications will be the same. Just an update, I submitted my son's document in Bracknell Forest NCS today. My wife and I got ILR on 15th of November and our son ...

Also, was your wife allowed to setup and run own business as a work permit dependent? Mine was not . Agreed with wpilr_nov12. There is conflicting views on if wp dependants can run their own business. I suggest you should place all those things in a separate bag relating to your wife. The Officer w...

My husband had the same problem. While booking the test , he had mistakenly put his name as surname and surname as his name. He realized only 2 days before the test. He cancelled the test ( lost the test fee ) and gave it again next week filling in the correct name and surnames. I personally don't ...

I applied today for indefinite leave to remain under Tier 1 (General) with my wife as a dependant. I had carefully prepared all the docs I thought I might need and laboriously...
