Every time when there is any variation in either rate/hr or working hour you have to start a fresh period in your SET(O). Please check previous advise by Zimba.

It means that the application you have submitted for leave to remain is successful and if it was for Indefinate leave to remain it is now approved.

You can provide “Any one document” from list you mention, either biodata page of employee’s EEA Passport or “ if the employee is an EEA national, a UK registration certificate/permanent residence document;”

The balance sheet of your annual or management account(s) should mention that who is "the Creditor" and if that's you then your name should appear in notes.

While you are going to apply again you have to consider Appendix A para 45 now. How the investment had been shown in relevant set accounts you submitted in support of your last application?

P11 can be used as a supplementary document to show each payment made with NI-Tax deduction but NOT a mandatory document so will not have any implication on your ILR if all SD documents are attached in correct format.

If you have launched PAP before JR and simultaneously another application (under Tier1-E) to get protected under 39E, your first application will be considered as valid after reconsideration by concern CW because technically your consideration process is pending.
