BRP delivery

All,

If DX delivers the BRP at a time when you are not at home, do they leave a note saying we tried to deliver? It has now been 6 working days and no BRP yet.

Re: Originals + Photocopies together or separate?

Many congrats. Was your appointment in the morning or the afternoon? How lond did it take to get the approval in total? And how long did it take after the sign changed to application under consideration? Thanks a lot for answering. As you probably know this is a very testing and worrying time for me.

Originals + Photocopies together or separate?

All, I am going for ILR appointment on Wednesday and just want to check which of the following option to choose: Option 1: Put all originals in ONE folder and all photocopies in a separate folder. So a total of two folders Option 2: Have multiple folders with the originals and photocopies of each to...

Rejection of photographs at PEO

All,

If your photographs are rejected for any reason at PEO, is there any quick way to get new photographs taken? Or do they then tell you to come again?

Re: Final check before PEO appointment

You can apply on that date according to 28 days before and the documents look OK. Once you booked an appointment you need to have payment confirmation pdf and appointment confirmation email as well. Handy : Education certificates and P60s or HRMC letters. All the very best. Many thanks, I am taking...

Re: Can withdraw ILR app if CW wants 2 hold app 4 further Ch

I am in the same boat. I have actually booked two PEO appointments in case the case worker wants to hold for further checks. My plan is that if he says further checks, I will request docs back and go to the second PEO.

Can anyone tell if this is possible or has been done?

Re: 4 years 11 months

In my opinion and by looking at the dates, you do not complete 4 years and 11 months on 10th of March. Your 5 years will be completed on the 15th of april, 2015. On that basis you can apply 28 days before 15th of April, which is 17th of March...

Tier 1 Dependent Application maintenance

My wife is currently in the country and we are going to apply for her Tier 1 Dependent extension separately. For maintenance, can she use her own bank slip statements, or do the maintenance funds belong to me?

Delays could be anything due to verification of the following * Employment * HMRC related doubts * Absences * Subsisting relationships (co-hab) * Checks on Previous Application for LTR * KoLL Argus, you make a very interesting point here. I only have 90 days of absences within the five years that I...
