Hi all, If you could help with the following scenario, that would be great: I applied as the main applicant (Tier 1 General), and did not submit my wife's application at the same time hoping to do it later once mine got approved. My application has still not come back and the BRP expiry date for my ...

In section 6, who needs to fill out section 6.11? If I have lived the entire five years in England with annual leaves to various countries, never been to the Crown dependencies, do I need to fill this out?

Freedom of Information

Do you think the following question falls under the freedom of information request:

As a percentage, how many PEO appointments require further checks?

Has anyone already asked this question? If not, can you please tell me the email where this should be sent to?

Samira,

I am in a similar scenario as yourself and my appointment is shortly after yours. Please do let us know after your appointment if they question the absences or not.

Wish you BEST OF LUCK.

Change of Set(O) form

Hi folks,

I have booked my ILR appointment towards the end of January. I am conscious that the UKBA is likely to change the Set(O) form in January. Can I use the current form that I have filled out or will I need to fill out the latest one?

What is the latest policy guidance on this?

Regards

Change of address not updated

Hi All,

Your help would be much appreciated here.

I have not updated my address with the UKBA after I received the BRP. My ILR application is due in a few months. I am wondering if this will affect the ILR application.

I am about to update my address with them now.

Change of Job

Hello everyone,

I will be applying for ILR in January 2015. I am in the process of changing jobs at the moment. I was wondering if this will in any way affect my ILR application? Is there anything else I would need to be mindful of?

Regards.
