you got 8 months left in 10 years and i think you should apply the ilr straigtway and in case yr visa got refused u will hve appeal right at the time yr hearing come you ll pass by ten years and tr appeal will be allowed .. i knw one lawyer who done the same thing for another guy and his was 9 month...
