BOX 1 : My SOC Code BOX 2 : left blank as the corresponding salary for my SOC code was given 'annual' . If you do not know this, then leave it blank. They will ask you there and help you on the date of the PEO. Nothing to panic about. BOX 3: the corresponding salary for my SOC code from the SOC Code...

Re: ILR Success Solihull - 14 Dec 2012 - Tier 2 (gen)

His question When was your entry clearance ? - 4 years 11 months+ ? meant to know if I applying only within the 28 days before I'm eligible for ILR? When was your entry clearance ? - 4 years 11 months+ ? Did CW asked specifically 4years 11Months? Mate, that 90 days rule has not changed - you are safe.

Hi guys, I had my ILR successful on 14th Dec Friday. This is what I carried with me to the PEO - but I WAS NOT ASKED FOR THIS and so did not give it. So for people wondering what the format and wording should be like, here it goes: <<On Company Letter head please>> To UK Border Agency, Dominion Cour...

ILR Success Solihull - 14 Dec 2012 - Tier 2 (gen)

The rule which caused a bit of concern for me was "If an applicant has absences from the UK, even though it is a paid annual leave, the applicant must provide evidences to support the reasons the applicant states for his/her absences. This could be in the form of an employment letter etc". I went in...

Hi friends, I've got approval letters for ILR for me and my wife on 14 Dec at the PEO. I have deliberately bypassed the employer letter for absences reasons evidence bit by using the Old Set (O) form instead of the NEW SET(O) Form. The OLD version of the form does not ask this questions 6.2 and 6.3....

My suggestion is: still go to Solihull tomorrow. You have nothing to lose. Yes. Agree . If they insist on any missing document, at least you know you definitely need it. Try hard to convince your situation. Also, the law is not clear on whether the letter is needed in case of any absence, or just o...

Sure thanks. For now I'm trying to get a scanned copy of the letter from my current employer - which I will print out and submit to the Case worker. Only if they say they need an original letter mentioning the absences (paid leaves), it will get tricky. For the years before (When I was with previous...
