It's depend on the applicant Nationality and Immigration history secondly the good character causing many applications applied during the period of December 14 2014. From the date of application is 6month but some taking more time to process. In my case I was applied back in February 2014 and still waiting for decision. Anyway if it is straightforward application then it would be decided within 2 or 3 month. All the best and good luck.

I have all thing done which you thought but due to war crimes investigation the home office delayed response. Now they asked for further evidence to support the application and also send some questioners. But I am still confuse about the ESOL certificate which is I passed in 2011. And life in the UK...

I was waiting since February 2014 and also involved MP and OISC Immigration advisor but unfortunately it is just wasting time and money. The home office is don't care about that. Anyway I hope it will be sorting out soon. insha Allah.

I am running in 19 Month waiting even no criminal record. I was involved MP and Solicitor as well but unhelpful.

Be careful before submitting your application I would suggest seek legal advice from Nationality experts. I am one of the refugee route applicant and waiting for decision since Feb 2014.
