regarding referees forms, one of the referees signed the page 2 and returned back as an image on the phone , which i merged with page 1 using pdf software? Do the documents need to be physically present at Sophia Steria appointment or just online will be fine?

Hi. A parent was given 2.5 leave to remain on a Ten Year Parent Route. She plans to visit back home and wanted to know whether there are any issues in her staying outside UK for say 6 to 8 weeks. Can someone please advise on this?
