I had also sent my application at Durham , I didn't not see anywhere Peterborough as an alternate center. From where did people got that address ?

How long does it takes to get ceremony letter after approval ?

I'd received an approval letter last week but still no news of ceremony letter. The HO number 0845-010-5200 is useless on every option it keeps saying please write an email.

Is there any alternate number or Method to reach them ?

Are they not running late compared to last year timelines , last year at this time they were onto jan 2week application.

Yes, your common sense is correct. You are covered for 1, but you need to have something for 2.
