I'd received an approval letter last week but still no news of ceremony letter. The HO number 0845-010-5200 is useless on every option it keeps saying please write an email.

Are they not running late compared to last year timelines , last year at this time they were onto jan 2week application.

Is there any advantage of choosing NCS service compared for just sending yourself by special delivery ? Does UKBA process those application any quicker?
