You have to declare CCJs in your application. Not doing so will make you liable to a ban for deception if caught.

Re: ccj and visit visa

Non payment of debt will go against you when you apply. It doesn’t matter what address you are at, there is a court ruling against you and you owe the money.

Do you plan to marry? If so she could switch to a spouse visa as long as you meet the other requirements such as financial.

If you’re going to use NCS you need to complete the paper form. You can’t use NCS if you apply online.

Re: Returning a spouse visa

That form is for points based visas. The closest the UKVI have is the following: https://www.gov.uk/visas-when-you-separate-or-divorce That’s for informing them of an end to a relationship. I’d send a letter with all the details from the link above but to UKVI in Croydon informing them that the marr...

Re: Biometrics Appointment

Once you’ve submitted your online application you’ll immediately get a biometrics letter. Take that with you to a Post Office branch that does biometrics enrolment and pay the fee when it’s done.

Re: Remarried 2nd wife before Decree Absolute

That’s the problem, they know you’re married. In Pakistan you’re legally married, in the UK it’s not recognised. Messy.

Might need to get professional advice on how to proceed.

Possible but difficult, there are loads of threads on this. Just have to keep trying at different times of the day. Be prepared to send the application by post.

Re: Remarried 2nd wife before Decree Absolute

I assume your marriage in Pakistan was registered with NADRA and not just an Islamic one? If registered, your marriage won’t be recognised here.

Re: Returning a spouse visa

So you’re still a married couple but doing so in a long distance relationship?

As the sponsor you are responsible for informing the UKVI of this situation. They are likely to curtail the visa, what impact it may have is difficult to say especially as you’ve taken 2 years to notify them.

Re: Can NHS Prescription penalty charge affect application?

PCNs are not normally declared. Admittedly I’ve not come across one for NHS costs but I don’t see why this needs to be declared in the application form as it hasn’t reached court and cannot result in a criminal conviction. Here’s the detailed Good Character guidance https://assets.publishing.service...

Re: SET(m) premium service centre booking

Minus 28 days is 25 October according to the calculator on timeanddate.com It’s too early to book for that date online, slots are released 6 weeks before. You’ll be able to book that day on 13 October at 00:00 if the UKVI booking system is behaving itself. If you can’t find a slot it’ll have to be a...

White paper is standard for official documentation.

Take your documents to a local print shop, it’s not that expensive.

Re: Printed statement from lloyds Bank

You don’t need a letter. I went up to one of the of the cashiers in branch a couple of weeks ago and asked for a statement covering the previous two weeks and she printed one off there and then. It contained all my details, Lloyds logo etc. She then stamped both pages. This was accepted in an ILR ap...

Re: Classification of "Offences"

According to the below it’s a criminal offence, even though it was dealt by way of an OCS, therefore probably needs to be declared.

Re: Classification of "Offences"

1. You don’t declare PCNs 2. What type of fine was this? Fixed penalty or other? 3. For speeding you would have received a FPN, that still needs to be declared as a record remains of the offence. There is an additional comments box towards the end of the application. As you’ve received less than 3 F...

They are saying that your application processing is not yet complete, if there was an issue with what you submitted you would be informed about it.

Write to your MP and ask him/her to assist in chasing this up.
