Don’t need to submit details of the trust fund. The £62.5k covers the cash requirement.

Re: Beyond service standard 8 weeks - no letter explaining why

They are saying that your application processing is not yet complete, if there was an issue with what you submitted you would be informed about it.

Write to your MP and ask him/her to assist in chasing this up.

Re: Curtailment Of Leave

He would have written to HO some weeks ago, they don’t process curtailments that quickly. She can’t fight the decision, if the sponsor has withdrawn their support there is nothing she can do as regards to remaining on a spouse visa. On the rest, I’ll defer to a senior member/moderator as this is a c...

Re: HO rescheduled my Premium appointment

It’s does happen occasionally I’ve read about it happening to others. Maybe a staffing issue on that day.

They really should have fitted you in the next day, 7 September is quite some delay.

Re: HO rescheduled my Premium appointment

That’s extremely unfortunate. You can try to find an earlier date online, there are cancellations which pop up but the chances of it being in the timescale you need are low.

Re: Will Penalty charge notice effect naturalisation application

You don’t declare parking tickets which are issued as PCNs. These are typically from the local council or TFL if you’re in London.

FPN parking tickets are usually issued by the police or DVLA

If it’s a genuine call they will leave a voicemail or follow up by letter. Don’t overthink it.

Re: Premium Service appointment booking issue for ILR (LR)

The main update happens at midnight, with cancellations appearing at different times.

Note that there are no appointments released on Sundays @ 00:00 unless it’s a cancellation, it’s Mon to Sat that you need to aim for.

Re: Bank statements

If it’s arrives by the post from the bank and says it’s certified that is sufficient The problem arises when it’s printed in branch as a simple statement which anyone could do from home.

Re: Premium Service appointment booking issue for ILR (LR)

A fast internet connection has limited impact on being able to get to the booking page, a basic connection around 5MB would be sufficient. It's all to do with their booking system being unstable. As you said, appointments can appear at any time mostly due to cancellations/rescheduling by others. The...

Re: Bank statements

I assume the salary was above £18600 before promotion so there’s no issue. Just state the pay before and after. On the bank statement it really needs to be stamped on each page you are submitting. Ask to see your branch manager and explain the UKVI rules, print the UKVI guidance notes and take it wi...

Re: Bank statements

Also I’m bit confused which salary to write on form? My husband got promoted on June so now his annually salary would be different from what was it before. Should we still write the old salary because it’s not been 6 months. What do you do if you got promoted by same employer that you have been wor...

Re: Bank statements

Barclays are rubbish, I eventually got mine done at the Croydon branch after trying several in London who all said no. If you get them stamped there’s no need for a letter. The problem with only stamping the first page is that the others are not validated. It’ll be at the discretion of the caseworke...

Granted, he is a second driver on the car and not the registered driver so they were all addressed to someone else (the registered driver), so for that reason I can't say with certainty that they are not to be declared. Re: Eligibility for ILR if arrested but not charged

"At any time have you ever had any of the following in the UK or in another country -An arrest or charge for which you are currently on, or awaiting trial". I think the form reads “arrested and charged” not “or”, that makes all the difference, also the question includes “awaiting trial”. This doesn...

Re: Bank statements

Electronic copies by themselves are not fine. Find a different branch and try again. Are you near to any of the PSCs? Those branches tend to be more accommodating as they receive these types of requests more often. What’s PSCs? They just kept saying that statements are digitally stamped so basicall...
