Re: Received FPN after submitting naturalisation application -do i need to inform HO

FPNs are normally handed out for offences which are criminal in nature. Littering is a criminal offence, albeit a minor one.

Sounds harsh but that’s the law.

Re: Received FPN after submitting naturalisation application -do i need to inform HO

I believe that any FPN or criminal offence which happens after submission of an application needs to be declared, so an FPN happening after application would need to be declared to the Home Office by letter. It wouldn't in itself result in a rejection. Also on criminal offences there is no 'qualifyi...

Re: URGENT Naturalisation Issue - Traffic Offence 2018 Non-disclosure or Deception

I believe you are meant to declare all criminal convictions which include road traffic offences (FPNs). Yours was from some time ago so wouldn’t affect your application but would still need to be declared. Perhaps write to them (using recorded delivery) with your application number explaining that y...

As the deadline for the last tax year has not passed there’s nothing to show for that. Were you self employed in the tax year before (2016-2017?)

Office manager is not in the same category as a director/manager. By manager they mean someone with executive level responsibilities in a company.

Re: FPN & British Naturalisation

FPNs for speeding tickets for example are not required to be declared for ILR.

Citizenship has the good character requirement for which you have to declare all convictions.

Re: Foldline on photo of reference letter?

For passport applications creases in the photo are not accepted. As Government departments often follow the same guidelines I’d say it’s better to be safe than sorry.

From what you’ve said I don’t see this going against you.

Only the FPN needs to be declared, none of the PCNs.

First one would need to be declared, regardless of taking the speed awareness course you have effectively pleaded guilty and the offence has been registered. 2 & 3 are civil offences registered against the registered keeper of the car regardless of who was driving and therefore are not required to b...

A house purchase can fall through (assuming it’s a house purchase)

Set up Royal Mail redirect so all your mail comes to your new address. Write to the HMPO with your new address when you move.

Non payment of debt will go against you when you apply. It doesn’t matter what address you are at, there is a court ruling against you and you owe the money.
