Hello all, Great to be back. Applying for naturalsation end if this month. 5 year old work permit(Jan 2008-Jan 2013) + 1yr ILR. I lost my passport in 2009 and had to apply for a replacement stamp on new passport which is from 2009 - 2013 and i do not have a photocopy of oiginal work permit 2008-2013...

I got a confirmation email from Nationality Helpdesk stating the expired IELTS certificate is acceptable for settlement and naturlisation purposes.

Thanks. Dependant's absence is limited. I believe there is no set number of days restriction on dependants absence?

Thanks for that. When the dependant will apply with the main applicant for FLR M, does her number of days spent outside UK matter or have any implications?

You can't apply before 28 days the 5th anniversary of your Tier 1 visa. If you apply on 28 th you will fall sort of few day. Not worth taking the risk. Re schedule your appointment.

Hi, I think I can help you for your point 1 and 5 1. Request for your 'Employment History' from HMRC, this will contain all your tax information. Usually it takes 2 weeks to arrive.
