Hello all, Great to be back. Applying for naturalsation end if this month. 5 year old work permit(Jan 2008-Jan 2013) + 1yr ILR. I lost my passport in 2009 and had to apply for a replacement stamp on new passport which is from 2009 - 2013 and i do not have a photocopy of oiginal work permit 2008-2013...

I got a confirmation email from Nationality Helpdesk stating the expired IELTS certificate is acceptable for settlement and naturlisation purposes.

1. You have to make sure you submit all the docs relating to your lost passport first of all - Police report etc
2. Ref entry/exits - do you have etickets or copy of tickets etc to prove?

You can't apply before 28 days the 5th anniversary of your Tier 1 visa. If you apply on 28 th you will fall sort of few day. Not worth taking the risk. Re schedule your appointment.

Hi, I think I can help you for your point 1 and 5 1. Request for your 'Employment History' from HMRC, this will contain all your tax information. Usually it takes 2 weeks to arrive. This is an official document normally considered by home office. Possibly you can request HMRC for quick despatch. 5....

Are you applying with dependants? If not council tax letter is not required. Make sure the employer letter states that you are still required to work with them in present and future(refer to sticky note template) Highlight the salaries on your bank statements just to make CW's life a bit easier.
