Re: Multiple variation application

There is very small chances that home office will use 320(11). I know one case and home office couldn’t defend in court after that I haven’t seen any case so far. I know few people who varied applications for years and eventually their SET(LR) was approved. Even 2 of them are my very close friends. ...

Re: Indefinite leave to Remain based on Long Residence (10 years)

Asylum is not under uk immigration system. You 3c was ended when you tier 4 expired in 2014.
So unfortunately there is nothing you can do except waiting for 5 years to complete if your asylum is granted.

Re: SET LR Postal (OLD) switch to new online (Sopra) Service

I heard from some immigration experts that they varied pending ILR application to super priority service. They paid a new fee and decision came in less than 1 week. When I asked them what about the fee which has been paid before and I were told that fee will be refunded. I know all these things bec...

IN10 and ILR still in process, please HELP

Morning guys I am asking this question for my friend. I will try to make it as short as possible. My friend got notice of IN10 in May 2016 but he decided to challenge that, later in Feb 2017 he got letter from court and he had to pay the charges and 6 penalty points on his licence. His 10 years were...

Your 3c was ended in 2014.
You can apply ILR in jan 2023. Not before that. Best of luck.

Re: Home Office Granting 30 Months Visa Instead of ILR

I think they are giving you the best option. Don’t miss that. Everything is almost same like ILR on human right etc benefits. Keep in mind if you won’t accept it then they can refuse your ILR again saying that your 3C is ended and then you will have to defend 3C (in your case it’s already ended) Plu...
