Hi guys My wife applied for dependant visa some 2-3 days ago outside uk. I sent her original bank statements from 23rd jan to 26 April and I also sent her online printed and stamped bank statements from 26 April to 8 may. Frustration :)
Why you haven't spent some 10k on your study instead of working 24/7.
PSW holders have still some option like they can migrate.
What option you have ?????????????
So think what you have done and don't just blame others.

Congrats bud! Yes indeed it's a relief for everyone who have applied and the people who are intending to apply in future. In my opinion if you have everything genuine then it ain't a problem to get visa.
Happy for you anyway but real game is now started. :)
Best of luck

I have no idea why you people apply for visa without fulfilling the requirements. UKBA always stick on their policies. One of my friend PSW was refused last year due to low maintainence fund. He had £798 in his account for 2 days and they didn't even give him the right of appeal. Hope you will sort ...

Attest your BRP + passport from any solicitor. They normally charge a 10er for this job.

Hi
I'm gonna get married next month. I searched a lot about it and what I found that you don't need employment to bring your wife in UK on dependant visa.

I don't think maintainance fund is £600, it's £1600 or £1800.
Read the policy guidance one more time.

Hi Rehan
Thanks for your advise. I got your point as I have been told by some other people as well that home office always give some proposals before changing any rule. So I'm feeling a bit relaxed. I'll wait till my wife gets visa then I will apply for tier 1.
Thanks again :)
