You need two forms of evidences

A. Payslips
B. Tax Returns

I would also include the bank statements for that period if I were you. Print outs are a bit dogdy, you should have them attested by your company.

Each fresh application will be treated on its own merits and not on the success or failure of the previous application, definatly not on how you have utalised your previous visas. Applying for HSMP is all about getting 65 points. If you have the right documentation, weather or not you got HSMP appro...

You didnt get any points for earnings. Is that because your UK salary is below the mark up for over 28 category? Or did you apply for earning points and did not get it?

You could also include a covering letter that details the list of documents you are sending. Also if you wish to bring to the attention of the case worker any particular point, you could do it here. You could also mention here that you are working in an organisation that requires profficency in engl...

If you send in an urgent treatment form then you will also need to send in evidence i.e. the offer letter. I havent heard of the minimum 27k limit.

In future, please have patience, someone is bound to answer your question.

Is there any separate HSMP format to get prepare the Experience certificate? You need to read the guidance notes carefully. There is no seperate HSMP format but they will require details of your responsibilities so as to ascertain that your job cannot be done by a non-graduate. Also read the case w...

Is it like, one cannot spend time of over 3 months outside of UK to sustain his HSMP status?

Thanks,
Rajan
Like I said before, there is no specified number of days you are allowed to spend outside the UK for the purpose of getting an extension.

IMHO, as long as you are here and economically active, it does not matter if your dependents spend some time outside the UK.

It is also written next to the police registration certificate in brackets "if you have been asked to register with the police"

Have you been asked to register with the police when you entered this country? If not, then you dont need to.

There is no specific minimum period you have to spend. As HSMP is an indication that you intend to make the UK your home, it would look contradictory if you spend time outside the country and as a result may not get an extension of 3 or 4 years as would be normal to other applicants. Having said tha...

Your CC will be charged first.

Basically a payment handling team will look at the payment part of your application and process it successfully after which they will let you know the reference number. This is mentioned in the guidance notes.

You are sending in your application in the month of May, the case worker will not expect you to submit a salary slip for the month of May. The guidance notes say that the preceeding 12 months will be taken into account. In your case, the 12 month ending would be April 2006.
