I do have only bank statement and don't have any utility bills and tenancy agreement . I think these things are only needed to proof the co-habitation....

Its better to pay again to make sure your appointment is booked and make a follow up for a refund .They will refund or deduct your previouse payment from visa fee or you simply you loose £ 200.00 at worst but not an appointment in Croydon.

Can I here ask you for your support that an arrest for an investigation has declared for No Further Action ( NFA ) as per PNC report can effect the ILR application ?
