The simple equation would be EARNINGS minus EXPENSES=PROFIT This profit is your declared income for claiming the points. Obviously the accountant letter, managed accounts, invoices, contra...

I think it should be 03 .11 and 28 days .
The grace time has given to those who do not meet the criteria of 5 years but it is not exempted to those who can meet the criteria.
Please correct me if I am wrong .

Re: New Life in the UK

I was watching TV and this solicitor said wether of not you passed your Life in the UK test, if you are applying your settlement after 25th of March 2013 you have to sit in new edition test.[iD] I certainly haven't heard of such a requirement. The current LITUK test result has no expiry date, so is...

Can someone who has a police caution go for PEO service ?

Hi dear,
Most of you know that I have got a simple caution from police on Criminal Damage. To get a peace of mind I want to go for PEO service but don't know if they accept it or not .
And what would be the success probability ?
Any remarkable Idea would be God blessing.

Hi onepunter,

I have given the test already and passed at a time.
The test is still based on 2001 census data as revised in 2008 2th edition of Knowledge in the life in the UK though the data of 2011 released but yet to come into practice.

If you have a simple caution issued by police, you can normally get away with it. But its totally at the discretion of the CW. You shou...

Have you got any written agreement with them ?
Or any type of evidence that you could show ?
If this is the case ,I think you will get back the fee legally otherwise its very slim chances ,just what you do is waste of your time and money.
