Your dependents would need to apply on set(o) not set(m) Just want to be sure if I do have three dependents say ( wife and two kids ),shall I apply SET(O) for three of them or just for my wife as a main applicant and kids as dependents SET(m) ?? Thanks Greenie and all for further clarification. Lon

Hi all,

I am going to attend the life in the UK test very soon.I am a little bit confused if I should focus on the data of census 2001 or 2011 ?.I can see only 2001 data included in all tests provided in latest version too so would be grateful if anyone here please suggest for ?

Have you got any written agreement with them ?
Or any type of evidence that you could show ?
If this is the case ,I think you will get back the fee legally otherwise its very slim chances ,just what you do is waste of your time and money.
We can't blame anyone without any clue ...

Seniors, Is there any specific travel provision that Mehwishf can get from home office instead of withdrawing the application? Hi Alan,
Everything were done before the 13th December 2012 .So may be we should call again to the following numbers .
or study further and ask solicitors.
I hope someone senior or fellow who has better knowledge with law interpretation would come here to comfort us.

I agree with Ardeshir , they would not refuse your application due to your offence in 2005 ,but they may refuse if they have found it that you have not mentioned it in your application.
