Hi, My husband is a Afghan national and we intend in making a application for a short stay schengen visa to Germany. I am a British citizen so will be exercising my EU treaty rights. fiance visa

Hi...some advice please.. so my fiance was living here illegally and then was sent back to Afghanistan. he since moved to Pakistan and we decided to get married there,however due to circumstances that is now not possible. And have just been told that i can call him over for 3months on a fiance visa....

Yes very true..as they will know when they take hs fingerprints...i think the fact he left without appealing bail and after 3mnths in detention should work in our favour..

..we don't have much proof of this other than phone records...which was not in his name obviously. But since in Pakistan i have kept bills and emails..??

Because he has a afghan passport...would he need to make a Pakistani passport or does that not matter.

Yes. I am a buisness owner ,financially we are ok.

Because he entered illegally could his application be refused

One more point..he says his fingerprints were taken in calais France by imigration..
