Now we all ( my wife, son and I) got ILR in August 2009 and are applying for Naturalization in next week. My wife...

your wife can put housewife or unemployed. that should be ok

you say you have lived at them same address for 5 years but that you have also lived somewhere for 6 months.

In my opinion you should fill in 1.17 even if it is the same address or at least put 'as above' or something like that

Option 2 is cheaper, only in the sense that the prices are more than likely to go up next year otherwise they are both the same.

Parents applying together will get a 'discount' but child fee will be the same whether she applies at the same time as parents or not

Also it will take about 2 weeks to get your passport application if tthere arent any problems that is. maybe try to delay HR as much as possible. i think it may take just as much time to withdraw as in going through the whole process.

These include road traffic offences, but not fixed penalty notices which have not been given in a court. Fixe...

As none of the options apply to you, just leave that part blank. you will have noted that those who use this form are aged 10 and above therefore quite a lot of them would not be able to complete that part of the form. so just fill the part of 'Student' and leave the rest empty. you should have noth...

i think i put current name and at the end put 'nee Maiden name', same referees is fine i was applying for me and spouse so filled in one form and put my name on it. i would say maybe put child on their own form seeing fee is separate to your joint one with wife you can write in there 'born in UK'

i think somewhere on the form/guidance notes it actually says do not send 'cancelled' will check to confirm this.

that failing you wont get denied for sending both or more (if you have had more than 2). so if you do have them available just send them

I agree with sushdmehta, its better to go through the 'hassle' of getting it corrected now than the pain and suffering you will go through whilst you are wwaiting, wondering whether they will accept it or not. or worse still having to do it all over again. Also is a good idea to get the 1st referee ...

Did your mom renew her passport at the same high commission thats refusing to take you aunts.

you may want to contact the foreign commonwealth office to get confirmation of this 'requirement'. If renewing through IPS in the UK all you need to do is supply the last passport.
