Re: UKBA TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR ILR ENQUIRY

0870 606 7766 (option 4, then option 2)

I'm not sure if that's in Liverpool

Hi samriti2u, I just made the call to them (no use, I know but I had one minute spare time to waste) and guess what? Same answer as given to you. 95% of applications are completed within 6 months and we have no guideline on the rest. Please continue to wait. Bye2. I don't have issues if they just te...

So, that guy was implying that they have processed almost 95% of Oct applications so far.

Do we really believe this? We will see about that

The guy I spoke to said 95 % applications are processed within 6 months and for the rest 5% there is no deadline.

hi samriti2u, Thanks for update What is the "5% bracket"? If they said thousands of applications pending before ours can be looked into, why are there newer applications that have been processed & approved? Are those ALL life and death cases? I don't trust what they're saying. Just called UKBA and I...

Congrats MrDodge!

I observe that SET(M) is indeed usually quicker to process than the other routes.

Well, Mr Chief Executive himself already explained the reason why it's taking longer than the published service standard. I guess the manager is not trained to give standard answer. Please read starting from Q89 on page 77 of this document: http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201213/cmselect/...

I did mine last week I only partially blame UKBA. Has anyone made an official complaint? I am submitting a FOI request to see how many complaints UKBA received in last 365 days. The only way you can see changes if each individual submits a complaint if his or her case takes more than 4 weeks. Why do...

I think you're right. The data must have been generated close to end of last year. But looking at the other reports, I still think only a minority of applications have got their decisions within 6 months. Of course not on 05/04 LOL. Of course not on 05/04 LOL. I assume the data was taken between two weeks and one month before the letter date. Why? Because I have gone through some other FoI requests where it states when the data in the report was generated. Look at: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/processing_time_for_ilr_...
