Re: Marrying EEA national

I have read else where that if in an illegal status the best alternate option is to marry your partner in the Church on England? And that this has been misused by a lot of people? Also read that the Church places a bann for 3 weeks to see if there is any objection against the wedding. Whats this al...

Re: Changing from EEA domestic violence

Under such plan you will give the ball yourself to the authorities because first you have claim that you undergoing domestic violence but on other hand you going to marry the same person.

Re: my ror was sent yesterday all pray gor me plz

If you have remaining time on residence permit then airline will be fine but ukba staff will have your weak point that your present RC is based on your relationship with EU national which has now expired and you may not meet a good officer this time.

Re: Ror after divorce need help please

Did you click on Vinny links? Unfortunately, because your EU spouse was not exercising her treaty rights so sadly you cannot meet the requirement either for ROR and PR :( . I always advise to non-EU nationals to not divorce EU partners until sort their status or at least be assure that treaty rights...

Re: about id card

Instead you asking here why you didn't ask them the procedure to get back your ID card? Sham marriages increasing day by day and anyone either eu national itself or its coordinating agent all will not be eligible for UK citizenship in future under UKBA good character requirements.

Re: Looking for further information

Re: "registration certificate" vs "residence card"

If the new terms are used then without using these terms as a tittle like EEA(QP) and EEA(FM) still the word "registration certificate" and "Residence card" has no meaning alone.

Re: "registration certificate" vs "residence card"

Without using eea1 eea2 both terms are not recognizable like no human without their surname. Eea1 eea2 will definitely written on each relevant document.

Re: "registration certificate" vs "residence card"

The both words are confusing and can be replaceable unless their correct tittle eea1 eea2 attached them.

Re: Looking for further information

There is no guide/hand book rather ukba call for interview which is like face to face exam which passing score is 100% and that score comes with the match of answers of couple. The more questions mismatch the more they believe its marriage of inconvenience.

Re: Disturbing!!!3 Home Visits & 2 interviews! Help needed p

I think interview can be strict because the caseworker might be keeping in mind your last behaviour and for that you will need to prepare very well especially acting skills. Don't yourself tell them your last time behaviour as they may forget and don't start apologise unless they start discuss your ...

Re: Disturbing!!!3 Home Visits & 2 interviews! Help needed p

Nobody can know that what level of aggressiveness you did with them which of course was a silly act because it can further enable them to delay. But I think you should definitely go for interview with all the evidences you mentioned about your partner and you. Ask apology and tell that because of yo...

Re: Divorce advice

UKBA Hunter I am not sure why you think that the OP won't be entitled to any share of her husbands house give than this is a marital assett. The fact that she hasn't paid the mortgage doesn't mean that she won't be entitled to a share of the value of the property. She may even be able to argue that...

Re: Marrying EEA national

Forget the old golden days when such stories worked out but now they almost not believe on such stories because they can easily say that why you now start feeling that you are gay after reaching into appeal and why you didn't update with them when you had visa. Moreover, now even in ukba they employ...

Re: Marrying EEA national

In the present immigration trend 3/4 years process can be possible, non EU national can survive during such period because they mostly become warriors but it mainly depends on EU national support in continuous pattern. You can marry from back home with EU national. Or if you have paper based relatio...
