Re: Marrying EEA national

Don't apply for second/duplicate passport because its a crime False. You can be issued a second passport if you request it without concealing the fact that you have one already. For example, if you are a business traveller who needs to visit countries that are in conflict or incompatibility with ea...

Re: Divorce advice

UKBA Hunter I am not sure why you think that the OP won't be entitled to any share of her husbands house give than this is a marital assett. The fact that she hasn't paid the mortgage doesn't mean that she won't be entitled to a share of the value of the property. She may even be able to argue that...

Re: Marrying EEA national

Forget the old golden days when such stories worked out but now they almost not believe on such stories because they can easily say that why you now start feeling that you are gay after reaching into appeal and why you didn't update with them when you had visa. Moreover, now even in ukba they employ...

Re: Marrying EEA national

In the present immigration trend 3/4 years process can be possible, non EU national can survive during such period because they mostly become warriors but it mainly depends on EU national support in continuous pattern. You can marry from back home with EU national. Or if you have paper based relatio...

Re: Marrying EEA national

How can you get duplicate passport because your passport has not been stolen/lost but ukba retain it. If you have your English format of national I'd card then it may help for marriage notice but on the day or before wedding the ukba team may become your guests. In your circumstances proving a genui...

Re: EEA2 unmarried couple

Unfortunately your programme won't work because pictured, tickets, distant chat will not be accepted. For getting success in your programme the strong documents like joint bank statements, joint bills, joint tenancy agreement etc will need. Although its a era of science & technology making easier th...

Re: Divorce advice

I am afraid that most CAB now are referrals to private solicitor. Few things keep in mind that divorce involve split of finance and kids arrangement is very difficult process and if your partner don't agree for divorce then this divorce will be highly expensive which you cannot estimate and may loos...

Re: can i apply for indefinate visa ( PR)

Living with/managing to EU national has now become a very scientific work for which relevant skills need. Departure of EU national from UK is very bad for non-eu partner and currently you can't get ILR/PR rather need to save your existing RC. It will be preferably better for you to try to detect tha...

Re: EEA RC expired but still separated from EEA family

Living/dealing EU national is now become a specialised area of work and relevant skills need. I will suggest not to divorce her or let her divorce you unless your status sort out. In EU route they will strictly check treaty rights and always take insects out of that. But I think the best bet of your...

Re: EEA 2 airport Trouble

If strictly speaking then they should not place stamp but if frankly speaking then this stamp has zero harm. I will always suggest that on such minor things never argue with border officers because if they become nasty then they have more loopholes to disturb non-eu national and can easily screen ou...

Re: EEA Residence card revoked at Manchester Airport

No. Applying again and join long queue with the threat of I..migration staff raid the property or call for interview all the way to Liverpool is not suitable option. If the relationship is true, solid and continue then a formal complaint for the restore of revoked RC or endorsement of same duplicate...

Re: EU wife moving back home living in UK for 3 years

If you have a lot of money then why don't you convince EU national partner to stay here and try to provide/arrange same thing which she looking for in her own country. For example if she want to study/miss her family/need rest from work etc, same can be arranged here. Planning for non EU national to...

Re: Power comparison: Non-EU national with ILR vs EU nationa

One have to be in the UK for a purpose right? So even after attaining PR they will still continue to exercise treaty right which is normal, just as someone on ILR would be engaging economic activity to meet their needs. No entry and exit stamps on EU citizens and family members. High protection aga...
