I just get a call back from a solicitor and what he said bit surprised me. he said I can not re-apply as they will just ingore me. I should appeal with additional supporting documents. Congrat Bu Tanka. It seems majority of ppl receive RC around 3-4 months. But I just dont get how HO deal with EEA application. My Chinese friend sent EEA2 on 11/02, and got RC 28/02, ONLY 17 DAYS. Do they choose it randomly?
