Brother why Zane malik didn't bring evidence in court, how do you think these judges will believe he should bring those students who got visa and showed it to the judges. It will be a valid strong case for the rest. But he didn't bring anything only his sandwich in his suitcase.

Brother, like my situation my friend is coming with me to high court. She got psw last month and she was refused like me because of date of award. So how comes the ukba issued her visa even though she didn't refer to khatel case. I'm using her evidence to support my case.

Well, you just can't tell the judges that some ACCA students got psw and some not. DI'd the barrister showed evidence. The law need evidence to prove. But I bet these barrister didn't show any evidence.

Yeah you are right, but the question is that will Zane malik get permission, if ever he get it, what will be his argument and skeleton. Don't know how long it will take for the hearing.

brother,that's why I kept telling everyone the same, why Zane malik didn't use this evidence in court. He don't have a strong valid point and the chance to go to supreme court are very slim, but we need to keep the hope alive.inshallah

ZANE MALIK got 28 days from the date of decision to seek permission from COA to go to supreme court. Lets wait and see, hopefully permission will be granted,and depends about his skeleton and argument this time.

If you are talking ant case law, how come my friend study with me got visa last month, she was refused on the basis of date of award. So the rules should apply to everyone the same. How do u know Malik raised this issued in the appeal, there is nowhere it mentioned abt this.

Brother it make sense, if you have signed the consent order, and the case is going to d. Court,do you think applications for JR will be granted, of course not because the case is not over yer. If ever we lose again, then the next option isGo to the EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS.

All those who applied for Judicial Review, and those who already signed for the consent order from the treasury solicitor , their application for JR will be on hold,as Zane malik is going to appeal against the decision of the COA in the SUPREME COURT. But we don't know how long it will takes.

Zane mmalik should raised the point why some students got their visa even they were awarded their qualification after the closure of tier 1 post study work.
