Re: Previous Earnings for ILR (Via Tier 1 General)

You can use either march 15 or march 16. It would be march 15 to feb 16 or April 15 to march 16. Home office counts your payment the month it comes into your bank account not the month you invoiced your clinte.

Re: Tier 1 (G) Dependent maintenance

Eitherway is fine. It can be in your bank account or even in your parntners account. ILR has maintanance requirement but i have advised to keep £945+ £630 for each dependant if you are in uk for more than 12 months

I did same thing for myself and 2 pbs dependants posted documents on saturday and fees has been debited today. I was advised by a person who has his ilr approved and confirmed with a solicitor. It is absolutely acceptable. Only time you will use pen is to sign it.

Re: UKBA ADDRESS FOR ILR AND PBS DEPENDANT!! Urgent please

SadiqA. Don't do this mistake. You need to send pbs dependant on different addresses but add details in covering letters. I spoke to home office and then paid £50 to a solicitor for clarification.

Re: ILR Refused @ PEO - LTD Company Director

If case worker can't fond record of NI. That means you filed SAs but problem hmrc is that they have two different department and i think you need to contact hmrc on 03002003500 to pay NI contribution which is £32.50 per quarter. From 2016 they have included this amount to your final returns but befo...

Re: ILR Refused @ PEO - LTD Company Director

This refusal is different from those who underpay tax, or amend afterwards. All tax returns were filed in Jan 2016 and if these tax returns were filed on time even no tax was paid and then amended in 2016 result was gonna be different.
Correct me if i am wrong?

Re: ILR refused (tax issue, deception) - Re-applied and appr

HMRC and UKBA are 2 different institutes. Most people are scred of hmrc as well as they are from ukba. But hmrc will always try to help you. Whenever I spoke to them they always try every possibility to help you out. They can't change records beyond 4 years but the can issue you letters whatever you...

Re: Tier 1 (General) to ILR with tax issues

I don't think that paying PAYE is simple thing to do. There is a tax amount that your emplyer pays as well. So it will be employee tax+NI+Employer contribution. But you have to sort this out.

Agree with tuntun. Something extraordinary happened my case. Even person who advised me, he had to wait for 2 months. I made 2 phone calls but amendments were completed before my second phone call as date on letter is 2/12/15.

1. She may apply for leave as PBS dependant. Do not apply for FLR(M) - if she does that her ILR clock will be reset. 2. You may include the child in your ILR application ( 319J(e)(iv) ) only if child has had continuous leave since before 09-Jul-12. Else, PBS dependant extension. I dont think any of...
