I did mine for 2010-11. Letter sent 9/11/15. Amenmends done on 2/12/15. They took 22 days.

My Friend got amendments done sooner after making few phone calls to hmrc. I did the same thing. I can now check online as well and amount due by 1 jan 2016.

Sent amendment letter on 9/11/15 . Called them end of november and they told me that letter will be actioned on 25/1/16.called them today to request early action. Hi All,
I hope someone can clarify mu confusion. I am applying for ILR (T1 G) with 2 PBS dependants. DePendants Maintanace Funds are £630 each. Do I have maintain £945 for myself as well even though ILR does not need maintanance funds.

PBS dependants status

My Question is if I go for same day service for ILR and after getting ilr can i apply for extension for my dependants as they still have to wait till oct 2018 for ilr. Or if i have ilr then it will be spouse visa for them and their 5 year circle will start from zero.

As far as I know you have to go for extension. You have to be on tier1 G for 5 years in UK but you can apply 28 days early. If had an expiry after 30 april 2015, then you were eligible to apply for ILR. BUT you are 32 days behind

I am confused only on two points. 1 is do I have to fill one application for both or there will be separate apps for both and two sets of all docs or one 2nd is I heared that they have to travel within 3 months after getting their visa. But don't forget to submit your pay slips and employer's letter as you have to show a job. So that you would be able to support your dependants.

You really don't need to show even your own £900 but being on safe side if you have then keep it until you apply. Best practice is get print out of the notes(only page 1 & page 12)I sent to you highlight point 45 with a highlighter and submit it with your application. £18600 is for British nationals...

Nabeel Bhai how long you are in uk for:::If you are in UK for more than 12 months and you are not applying with your dependant then you need only £600 to show per dependant:

Life2enjoy & McGEE592 are lucky enough to apply for ILR as time required for ILR 4 years 11 months and 2 days. Bad luck is for every1 that fee is gonna go crazy from 6th april 2013.
