U dont need ilr letter as brp is on its own sufficient. I dont think u need any covering letter as well but its ur choice

Jambo was perfectly right I know some one who has got BC with no form in 80s. And on every application form for other categories its clearly stated on 1st or 2md page to use theccorrect form. Even at the end u have a checklist as well to say u r using correct form. But with an forms nothing of that ...

Guys whenever u r applying for any other categories its clearly say on application form and the guide touse correct form but on AN form its not the case I would suggest if ur appointment is near and u cant get hold of ur referees then kust go with ur old form.

What about me I just submitted my application through ncs they dodnt say a thing I cgecked last night was still same old form. They must give some grace period for ppl involved obviously for reference u wud have ur form printed a bit early than appointment.

The references page is still same and just print the result if u want if u r applying before 28oct u can use old form as the main changes are relating to the new rules I had ncs aappointment today for myself and they didnt even say a thing I given old form I know foa can be change anytime so I check...

As far as I know if u come to uk within 3 months of visa u can count ur period from visa issue date. But I think u cant apply with 28 days of issue date as thats only when ur visa isexpiring so u can aapply 28 days before. They did give u 3 months extra on 1st visa so u can prepare uraelf for arriva...

What form are u looking at it never said anything like that on form an I hope u using right form. And form an clearly say on page 15 that spouse British passport and marriage certificate.
