Hello everyone, I'm switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 General soon and I've got one question regarding the National Insurance. It seems that it's necessary to provide NI number or say 'I don't have one' when applying for Tier 2 General. So my problem is that I have NI number, however, I received some ...

There are two pieces of information needed to access the SMS, one comes by email,. the other by post You don't choose the SOC code, the company does, they are responsible for it to the HO. If the tasks described under SOC 3545 fit your job there is no problem. In addition to quoting the SOC code th...

Few questions:

1. Did UKBA pre arranged the visit or did they just turned up unexpected?

2. What exactly they suggested in the action plan?

Sounds like the case has been rejected. The typical reason is that a mandatory document was not received by UKBA. They write out and ask for more if a non-mandatory document is missing but reject and return everything where a mandatory document hasn't been provided. Ask the employer to call 0300 12...

Re: a little confused with Tier 2 Sponsorhip, please help

When the company applies to be a Tier2 Sponsor, It has to send a list of documents to prove that it is legitmate and it is following the law. When the home office accepts the company, it asks for the number of allocations for restricted and untristricted COS the company needs. This depends on how m...

I think it's highly unlikely you will get venture capital from an approved FSA source, but if you do, they are professional investors and will be pulling the strings to make sure the business is set up, registered and operating. Your plan to simply sit back and nothing is, therefore, quite ludicrou...
