I agree.. but the simple logic i used was.. why would they want you to mention the salary published by them in your application form.. so i used my salary there.. When is your appointment? I used 52 weeks and 40 hours.. But i guess it does not matter what you fill in your application form.. as long as you have the employer reference letter that states the SOC and the pay.. Many thanks. Can you please confirm what entry should we make for the Number of years spent in UK.. if we are claiming the delayed entry concession..

EC stamp date: 2nd May 2008
Entry in to UK 2nd June 2008..

Should i calculate time spent from 2nd June or from 2nd May..

Thanks for your responses.. but both are contradicting..

My current visa is valid till 2nd June 2013..

should calculation of 5 years be 28 days from 2nd June 2013 ( as suggested by Kevin24) or 28 days from 2nd May 2013 ( as suggested by Alanwong)
