Re: Urgent: Driving offence & ILR

Its only 24 months, if the conviction is recorded on your criminal record else there would be no issue at all.

Re: Urgent: Driving offence & ILR

I was planing to go on the 08th of June, but it seems that I have to delay it for a week or two. I was convicted on the 29 July 2014 and was fined £420. Some solicitors says, you should be okay but disclose it in the application form, but some says, that when you get ' FINE 'from Court then 12 month...

Re: DVLA 3 Points and 2 FPNs

Hi Mrvemuri, It is not necessary that your ILR will be refused! 95% ILR's approved with traffic offenses with court fine etc. Paragraph 322(c) iv says that if your offense has been recorded as a criminal conviction then your application will be refused, but still its upto the caseworker. Do Basic di...

Do we neeed to provide NARIC equivalency letter etc ? If you have a degree from the UK, you do not need to provide a NARIC assessment. The poin...

MM I can't view your private message but I suspect it is regarding your post. You have the choice whether to declare the offence however I do not think you need to declare the FPN as it is not a 'non custodial' sentence even though it went to court. For my case, I was nicked doing 101 mph and got F...

Re: iLR Tier1 and 3 points Penalty ?

thanks for your reply. I have applied for DBS etc. But the worrying point is that I can't wait till 24 months as I don't have additional leave to remain. I will be short of 8.5 months in total, and there is no Tier 1 Gen extensions any more. so I am so worried and down. Can an experts advise please???
