15 months god help me.im waiting nearly 6 months now.im relyin on 2 laws.defacto relationship and zambrano.but inis seems to b sending me letters only about zambrano.

Can anyone tell me what is decleration form.i applied on behalf of my irish born child and last time i got letter of then saying i have to send them letter stating that my irish born child have never left ireland and they sent me criminal form as well.dat was a month ago.but what is decleration form?

And can anyone tell me whats person id number and legacy number its wrote on my letter which i got of then.legacy number is the same number wrote on my gnib card start from 69/...
