@kamipk786, Those who threw away the ladder after they got to the top will surely need it to climb down. You are not the first to got visa and you will never be the last. You were a silent reader collecting info from noble forum members and you show your valiant colour as soon as you got your visa. ...

I think we have had cases of this kind in this forum, try to search previous post because in the past somebody has had this type of situation like yours. However, your team member could call the Tribunal that he would want both cases to be heard at the same time. Just give it a try, I think it has w...

If you could muster the patient to wait for your original application and appeal decisions to be reached; I wonder why you cannot wait for your refund. Give it a time, sometime it delays but some are really lucky to get theirs on time. Anyway wait and see if you can get it by Friday if not I would s...

Thank you Dawn, at least this helped to unravel some query by some forum members who is of the notion that once you travel on this visa you are a total law breaker. However, Olasunkanmi is very correct as faces are differ so also are the entry clearance officer, all we need to pray about is to have ...

M.R252, Wow! your story is like a man who sold his gold mine to somebody because he's been digging without any prospect, and the man who eventually bought the gold field only dug two feet when he struck the gold. Haven't waited this long you would have waited to see the end of the matter, you never ...

Hi Zubair, I think you're going to be applying for your baby as your dependant. What you will need will include: 1. account statement for 3 month which is your maintenance fund for you and your baby. 2. fill out the correct application form, check the ukba website to see the correct form 3. copies o...

Seaky, I would rather like Olasunkanmi said, wait for when you are renewing your visa that is if you are not going out of the uk. However, since you noted that your baby was giving 6 month at the point of entry I would also advice you consult with a solicitor to find out the implication in case you ...

@ KickAss,
Maintenance for main applicant is £900, while that of the dependant is £600 each. so by calculation it will be

Main applicant=900
Dependant=600*3=1800.
900+1800= £2700
so for him and his 3 dependant total maintenance will be £2700.

with your standing statement alone even a blind case worker would issue you visa in 2 days. I mean, to maintain 650K for almost a year is never a child's play. well done and I wish you success as you embark on your business. Once again congrats
