hi guys, so i sent my appeal on the 3rd of may, 2013 and as at now i have not heard anything. the appeal fee has not been taken from my account, nothing has been heard so would like to know how long it takes before the money is taken from the account and when do i get a hearing date?

@wiggsy was this letter from tribunal or from home office? if it is fro tribunal how long did it take for this letter to come through as my appeal has been submitted today?
what is the next step after appeals are sent to the tribunal?

his dad's letter is to explain that he has less time to spend with the child and his day to day up keep and the mother is the best person to do that. also that he is working and he has no time to be with the child
all my refusal was that his dad is there and can take care of him so that was it. nothing else. now i have gotten a letter from his dad and some payslips and passport. i dont know if i shd make a fresh application or still go on with the appeal
i havent had the letter yet. will have it tomorrow and will update you about everything. but for some funny reason i am so relax and not really bothered.

really it is surprising how pple who made application this year have receive their decisions but pple who made theirs 2 and 1 year ago have not heard anything only if you have to call or send email to ROB before you hear anything. its absurd and its not fair at all
today i was able to speak to one of ROB'S sec. and the lady was nice to me. i told him abt the refusal of the zambrano and how scarry it is for alot of pple. looking at how long pple will wait only to be refused is dishearten. so she said she will talk to the person dealing with my case to contact me.
