Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

hahaha! I would if I could, but the dataset just isn't big enough for any sort of predictive modelling. That being said with UKVI/HO, you can't predict them, they predict you! You guys made me laugh. I wish we could use predictive data modelling but as ajitu92 said we have only small fraction of da...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I've done some statistics on Set (LR) applications and it seems like we are looking at an average of 100 days between date of application and decision, in most cases where complexities haven't been raised by UKVI/HO (based on forum research). So I would expect the July Set (LR) applicants to start ...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@Kiss300 The standard processing time is 6 months for most categories. You can not compare your own application to anyone else’s timeline. Every case is different and processed on its own merits. It's not like one size fits all scenario. Anyways, I hope you get your decision soon. I totally get you...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Shout it louder. I am in the same boat. I don't understand why it is not progressing as much as the others SET(O). It is clearly not fair taking into account how we are all paying the same amount of money. Talk about being fair? Many applicants from March-July are still waiting. You only applied in...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

A general observation, I have not seen even a single SET(LR) approved since the COVID pandemic. Is this route really at the bottom of the list priority-wise? I can only assume that HO is just hoping that many people will just go away or withdraw their applications. There can not be any other reason...

Hi, Can someone please, help? What is one's immigration status during application appeal? Is the person still legal in the UK during the time he or she is waiting for the hearing date? If an appeal is refused in the First Tier Tribunal, how many days does one has to either appeal at the upper tribun...
