hearing was on 11 feb appeal allowed letter received 19 feb call ftt today the said they have nt receive any challenge from HO will i not be challenge ? or still 50/50

i went for my hearing without barrister dont waste your money my appeal was allowed if you go without barrister then judge will become your barrister just prepare your self

oral hearing is the best way for successful result i my self went for oral hearing without barrister and my appeal has been allowed

shah 05 fee is awarded but not refunded yet but judge didt ask for reconsideration thats the positive point lets see .how long it takes to know home office challege the decision ?
