iv) Full Payment Submission (FPS)
Following the introduction of the Real Time Initiative (RTI), form P35 is no longer used. You
should instead provide a signed and dated print out of the FPS to HMRC for the business used
to provide evidence of employment.

In rejection letter, it is also mentioned that they have not verified any of the documents yet as it is rejected due to missing document. But they also awarded all points for remaining sections except job creation. Just sounds bit confused what do they mean to say by that. You expect us to comment ...

You technically get 9 months (if you file online) from the end of tax year in April to submit your SA . There is no excuse to say you were busy. In that case, you need to submit the welcome letter from HRMC when you registered as a self employed So, The Welcome letter can be used to show that the business is registered with HMRC and hence it proves that the business is a UK business Yes, I guess it is written with company directors in mind ...
