@ babylondoner, Once his visa expires, he has to either reapply as a sole applicant or leave the country. I dont think there is any rule in the immigration rules that says he can't apply again with the same team member. Its just the sane as if both have re-apply with same funds and correcting the m...

@ babylondoner, It's obvious this partnership can no longer work and both of you just have to split (no thanks to UKBA). There are cases of partners having different appeal date and one got visa issued because the appeal was heard almost 4months or so before the other partner appeal date. Funjabi_M...

Therefore better to re apply and submit the missing documents Please check your facts, do not mislead people over here. He is not misleading him. People need to realise that the appeal of bhote123 was successful and the judge ask HO to take another lawful decision. Now according to the rule of Tier 1 entrepreneur, 50k or 200k must always be available to the applicant at all time and HO can also carry out checks on applicants even after visa ...

You should have gone for judicial review after your refusal. I think your best option is to reapply as a sole applicant with sole access to the funds. Your partner should get a letter attested by a lawyer and yourself confirming that he has access to his own funds. It's obvious this partnership can ...

I am very shocked to see that HomeOffice can make troubles even after your appeal is allowed????? If appeal is allowed, how can they threat to refuse application if they don't receive a piece of paper which the judge already considered as unlawful request??? If they HO was so concerned, why did the...

Are you representing yourself in court? If yes, I will suggest you get a lawyer.

All the reasons they've given is outside the immigration rule and all they've done is to misconstrue the rules - which is illegal.

The hearing lasted for over 1hr 30mins. I was grilled intensely by the HO's lawyer. He asked all sorts of questions... About my business, about my clients, about my relationship with them and the services I provided. He also picked on two figures from my business plan and I defended that as well. Th...

HO was given 5days to challenge the decision and it has elapsed. So I'm hoping to get my docs back very soon. My application was refused on ...

Thanks very much for your advice. The payment does go into my UK business bank account in pounds. The client itself is a very big global multinational company, but the contract was obtained through a recruitment agency. Is it problematic to go through a recruitment agency? I will also have a 25-pag...
