Hi Shrini,

Don't we have a provision to apply for citizenship as a partner of British Citizen after staying and being togather for 2 years in UK ?

Do we still need to wait for 5 years then apply for ILR and then apply for Citizenship ?

Also, do they ask for her earnings details in UK, like her payslips, dividend vouchers etc.,

I know that they are going to check her fund maintenance for 90 days in bank statements.

Hi Vinny, Yes, just wondering what is the use in spending £1600 for Tier 1 Ext when there is no chance of getting ILR after April 2018.
