yes jeupsy, decision was made two days ago and even today he didnt recieve his letter, registered post takes one day to come , must be they holding it ...???

But didnt reach to him yet, lets say if they make a decision on the last day, and send by registered post when it should reach to him? should be the next day? but thts no...

Dear All , Just wondering if someone was deported from UK for being overstayed his visa a year ago, and if he has a family member of a eu citizen residence card from any member state, is it possible to get the Family permit or it would be hard, As UK doesn't care refusing the people's right.

If the passport is expiring in less than 5 years, they will give a stamp and a GNIB card which expire on the same day as the passport. But his residence right will still be the same and when he gets his new passport you can go there togheter again to get a new card and stamp for the rest of the 5 y...

I do not see why you wont be granted a resident card here in Ireland. Despite your immigration offense you will get a 4EUFAM resident card under EU law. That wont be a problem.
