Re: TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR VISA EXTENSION REFUSED 27th Nov 2017 - Need guidance

Forum members, I am about to submit my Admin Review however I have few questions below: 1. Is there a limit to the words? 2. Can I add a message at the end for the case worker (Not the one who might look into the case but the blind one previous to him/her). 3. Since the application has already been...

Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur initial - no response yet

In online, it says some error like your reference is not found. Hello. Its a good sign not to have a complex issues letter. For me the royal mail special delivery number was working for a couple of months then it came up as unrecognized and I tried the IHS number which worked until it was decided. ...

Re: So I bumped into a case worker today

Yes how the application should be presented is described very well by marcnath but having said that there are plenty of refusals based on very small missing information and some people had that experience where the HO never bothered to ask for additional documents. I can relate to one where one of ...

Sorry to hear about your refusal. Its tough when you think you have done the hard work of running a genuine business for 4 years but still get refused on the basis of paperwork missed or not in format required by Home office . I guess it's an uphill task for you in Admin Review but never give up. Re...

Re: Tier 1E extension refused

If I was you would definitely go for AR considering that you want to eventually apply for ILR on Long Term . Your aim is to drag it till March and vary your application so what's the harm in AR . At least you will be able to withdraw another months salary as director. And it costs only £80 for AR bu...

Re: 50k investment after extension

I had only 15k as balance when I applied for extension. And I never bothered to calculate how much I paid in salaries also I did withdraw my own salary all throughout. Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension refused

Agree with Marcnath. I had submitted FPS monthly payments but the only thing in refusal was highlighted 3 words start dates missing. I tend to agree with teddy bear. No point of new application as there will be no change of circumstances in his business bank activity or share capital. Genuine entrepreneur test is becoming a deciding factor recently. Zee80 you need to find a good solicitor mate and challenge this thing in court. H...

Thanks for the replies . Is there no possibilities of explanation considering I have submitted P11 or Employee pay record with all the start dates and P45 for employees who have left during this period .
I think I will try AR and start preparing for a new application .

Re: confusion about ILR

I presume if you have completed 10 yrs then instead of going through a rigorous Tier 1 extension you should go for 10yrs long term residence for ILR . Here is another situation , what if someone is completing 5yrs in tier 1 in April 2018 but the visa is valid till Nov 2018 and he is completing 10yrs...
