Re: Tier 1 Enterp. Extension Refused

Thanks for the replies . Is there no possibilities of explanation considering I have submitted P11 or Employee pay record with all the start dates and P45 for employees who have left during this period .
I think I will try AR and start preparing for a new application .

Re: confusion about ILR

I presume if you have completed 10 yrs then instead of going through a rigorous Tier 1 extension you should go for 10yrs long term residence for ILR . Here is another situation , what if someone is completing 5yrs in tier 1 in April 2018 but the visa is valid till Nov 2018 and he is completing 10yrs...

Re: Paper Appeal

That's fine. Just note that UKBA are really working on reducing the number of migrant (especially Tier 1 Entreprenuer applicant) as much as they can even when all requirement are met. So make sure you get your visa. Make use of the maximum opportunity that u have. I would rather go for oral appeal ...

Re: Hi

Thanks. I have only been here for 3 years I will still suggest you to go for an appeal as after applying again, if they still come up with not satisfied or call you for an interview and come up with silly reasons you will not have a right of appeal. I know appealing is a lengthy process but suggest...
